This was our second stay. We visited for the first time in April of this year and liked it so much we came back. We love the views in Chardonnay and my husband enjoys riding his bike on the nearby trails. We love that we are so close to the stores and restaurants in Temecula. I am very much hoping that you will be able to re-pave the roads in Chardonnay. I feel uneasy walking on uneven pavement.

Love it here. Lower Merlot is my new favorite spot. Going during the week when it’s almost empty is awesome but I don’t think it will be like that in the summer. It’s gorgeous but close to stores if necessary and big pools.

I think we were in a refurbished site. The pavers and fire pit were new and perfect for sitting by a campfire!

We stay here often throughout the year. Our boys will talk about growing up at Vail Lake when they are older :) We always tell friends to go and make memories here. Our time here is always the best!

Great sites, with lots of room, and trees. Clean bathrooms. Lots of activities, and amenities. Only down side is the Restaurant & Bar close early on Sundays, and are both closed Monday thru Thursday. Would be nice if the facilities stayed open longer. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice, on our extended weekend stay. Still, a great place to camp!

For the price, the cabins were not worth it. Some parts of the cabin were covered in dust, lightbulbs were out, the floors hadn’t been cleaned, a lot of chipped paint, part of faucet handle missing. These seem like easy and cheap fixes, but the cabin hasn't been maintained.

Everything on our trip was wonderful. The park and every amenity was very clean with people constantly cleaning. We will be coming back to this camp ground.

Loved the shady spacious campsites. We enjoyed mini golf and ice cream afterward. Great for little kids, just a little scary with all of the fast electric bikes,

Overall it was a great weekend with lots of activities to become involved with or just chill, we choose the latter and with that here are some observations. 1, people still need to be respectful and clean up after their dogs. We had someone allow their dog to crap in from of our site and not clean up after, so we smelled poop u til we cleaned it up. 2. People really need to watch their speed

I love the activities, The Bands ,the Margeritas , The clean facilities ,the large spots . Had the whole family there for mothers day weekend always a good time ... Making reservations on line is not always easy ,But there is always some one you can call during reg hours

Absolutely wonderful. Love what you are doing with the camp ground. The only thing I was worried about this weekend was the speed of the electric scooters and the age of the kids riding them. There should be a speed limit like vehicles when riding through camp sites.

I love staying at your campground. Friendly atmosphere we are a group of adults at a stage in our life’s where we are enjoying ourselves without small children so to have a place where we can go and relax and have some adult fun is amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

The campground is a great place to stay. Having said that, there is room for improvement. The maps provided for hiking and biking trails were not very good. They weren't very clear and were not accurate. We even asked a couple of staff about certain trails and got two different answers. Signage as to where the trails are would be helpful as well. Also, repair the golf course turf!!

It is beautiful, clean and easy. We were there mid week & before the season officially kicks off on Memorial Day. It was quiet with only a few RV's in the park.

THE REASON FOR THE LOW RATING IS THAT ONE OF THE SHOWERS IN THE WOMEN'S BATHROOM IN THE ARROYO SECA AREA HAS BEEN OUT OF ORDER FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. IS THERE A REASON WHY YOU WON'T FIX THIS? THAT BEING SAID, I APPRECIATE THAT YOU NOW DELIVER FIREWOOD TO THE CAMPSITE

No WiFi, no patrolling to make sure ppl aren’t running their generators, signs for campgrounds need to be updated/more visible, restrooms need better maintenance, especially when you know well in advance that the weekend is booked for an event. Soap and hand towels were empty a lot of times. Need grates for the fire pits

Web site states wi-fi, upon payment staff states “its spotty”, simple fact was its non existent ! Nor was any cell phone service. Both are just a simple investment of funds.

Sorry someone was in our spot, but we adjusted. Backing the RV in between trees was nerve wracking. We met awesome people who were eager to help! Great first RV experience. Thanks everyone!

Best campground was beautifully designed to accommodate lots of campers in such a way that I never felt crowded. Its main draw is ebike mountain and track. The trails were furiously busy with all kinds of bikers who were courteous and safe in their behaviors. The park had a beautiful large pool it was near a scenic very pretty lake. They offered lots of activities for families including a tethered hot-air balloon. There is a camp store, Cafe and bar. Prices were reasonable and service was cheerful. Campgrounds were never noisy at night and there was ample room for children to play in various areas. Showers, laundry facilities and restrooms were ample and very clean. At night and various times through the day there was entertainment but never noisy or disruptive.
