We had a very fun weekend with family and your KOA workers. The cabin was very nice, clean and everything we needed. The employees that worked in the office were very nice and friendly and enjoyed my husbands crazy jokes. Thank you so much for a fun weekend.

The camper we stayed in was smelly like old musty water. It rained on the last night we were there and water was leaking in from the bathroom ceiling and along the wall where it meets the floor. I told the person at the desk and check out and they just said they'd look into it. The floor probably hasn't been cleaned in months. Our feet were black from walking on it right when we arrived.

We love staying here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always fun activities for the kids and adults if you want to participate.

There was defiantly some issues. We have stayed in the same type of cabin for last 3 years.. we had a leaky tub. The water never stopped running. We called front desk . A guy came down. But did not fux. Something was wrong with central air. It was like the central air was going under the cabin floors were cold but nothing else. There was a window unit but did not cool cabin. Lastly the door in bed

I loved that the campground was clean. The staff was super friendly and the cottage that we stayed in was clean, quiet and super cute. We loved that there was a bonfire pit right next to us and that there were a lot of activities to do. I will definitely be back

Clean, comfortable cabin. Nice walking path to lakefront. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and Cedar Point. Friendly staff.

The campground and its staff were excellent. The gentleman who greeted us for our late arrival was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was nice and we loved the fire pit. The train was a problem that I understand is out of your control, but it definitely made for a rough nights sleep. And as a possible improvement, a cookie sheet for the oven would be a useful addition to the cabins kitchen.

Staff members were all very attentive and nice. Everyone knew who we were and checked in with us everyday of our stay. It was a pleasure to stay on KOA Bayshore/Sandusky.

We stay here all the time. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. A lot of fun things to do. Kids love the activities they offer.

Well equipped store. Very helpful and polite staff. Andrew was most helpful and courteous. Cabin is clean. Surprised there was not a fire pit for the cabin whereas camper site had a pit.

Loved the cabin although the cooking utensils were missing some items, like large fry pan and mixing items (I know they can disappear, too.) Understood that there were to be traffic noises, not a set of busy train tracks. Heat stopped working and the table was wobbly. I would still recommend this KOA. Loved the area, the food for sale, the music...

Everyone was super friendly. We had to stay in a 2 Bedroom Deluxe but paid for a 3 bedroom deluxe due to the unsteady, steep steps on th 3 br cabin were unsafe for the 2 elderly guests in our cabin. Will I be getting a refund for the difference-I did not get a final bill??- Donica Key

Was a great cabin stay, staff was extremely helpful & friendly. A good amount of activities going on even in April. Already planning a trip back fpr the warmer months!

We were checked into a dirty cabin. Wasted about 45 minutes while they were trying to contact management to see what could be done. Finally we were given another cabin and had a great weekend. Their haunted train ride was great.

Our cabin was full of spider webs, there was empty water bottles found in several places and to top it off we found bed bugs after our second night. The first night my son had two bites and we thought they were from mosquitoes and didn’t think anything else of it until day 2 when he woke up covered in bites and we found bugs in his bed.

I guess I am a snob. I have no experience with camping so I was disappointed. I like being pampered so making my our bed was a bummer. The place was clean and if you like to camp this is probably a good fit for your family.

The cabin that we stayed in was extremely dirty and run down. I went and bought Lysol wipes and spray and tried to clean it the best I could when we arrived. I could not believe how dirty the floor was, it was swept but when I wiped it, the wipe was black from dirt. The beds were a thin piece of foam and we considered leaving after the first night. Beware - I would never stay again!

We stayed in one of the Deluxe Cabins. It was awesome!! We loved the layout of the cabin and the proximity it was to my family members camper. It was a wonderful weekend. We will be back!! Maybe next time see what you can do about the rain! Lol!!

I and my family enjoy our stay at the Bayshore KOA, I would have given you all a higher score than 7, however, there was limited space to fish Lake Erie.

Awful weather but the kids did some trick or treating and painted some pottery so it was nice to have some things for them to do. Late check in was super convenient and check out was simple. All the staff were great and friendly. Cabin was clean and we had no issues. This will be our go to spot when hitting Cedar Point as it’s just outside the park.

We had a great time! The Employees were so nice! The activities' director went above and beyond to help us out! We rented the 3 bedroom lodge, it was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

We always take the kiddos here before our annual cedar point trip. Nice location, lots of activities kids to do. My only recommendation would be to clean the ceiling fans and vents, they were caked with dust. It was super cold so when we turned the heat source on that blew out a lot of dust as well, and it being a small cabin caused my kid’s allergies to flair up.

Trim on ceiling falling down, moldy and dirty coffee pot and dead stink bugs everywhere. Staff was wonderful.
