Only stayed one night. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative is exit from interstate is tricky. Campground well kept.

Lovely campground with lots of shade. Plenty if room for our motorhome plus car we were towing. Nice pool and other fun things for kids. Wonderful ice cream!

Was only there 2 nights, but, wish it could have been more. The grounds, and, facilities were immaculate, and, the girls in the office went above and beyond for us with a package we had shipped there. Thanks again

It was a great place to stay! Close to the KC attractions but far enough out of town to miss some of the crazy. Bathrooms were always clean; laundry room was also clean and handy. We had no issues and would stay again. Highly recommend...

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The campground was clean, but it sits right on the Interstate and was too noisy. We would not stay there again.

Staff was rude bathrooms were not clean very few of the showers worked there was a couple of showers that when you turn the knob to turn the water on the knob came off in your hand will never stay here again

Britany at the front counter was extremely helpful/anttentive along with all the staff we encountered. The reason for our overnight stay was to bring 2 kids into the joy of camping who had never camped before. They loved every minute of being here! There are so many fun activities that the time went too quickly. We will be back!

It was beautiful! We had an amazing experience! Lois and Dean are awesome! The girls In the store were so friendly and helpful! They helped us out when we had issues with our RV. Louis put fresh rock down on our site and made it look amazing!

Very cool place to stay. Easy to access from the interstate. We had a primitive camp site that was pretty stellar. Facilities very clean! 2nd time staying here :) Thanks!

Sites are very close together and extremely unlevel. We used 30 leveling blocks on one side of the camper and had to put bricks under the steps so they would reach the ground.

The staff is super friendly , my kids had a good time .we stayed in a delux cabin it’s so nice and clean I liked how it came with plates,cups , utensils , and coffee. The cabin was very clean and comfy. My kids had a good time can’t wait to comeback!

We enjoyed our stay, even though it was only for one night! Kind of a no frills KOA, with small sites, but it was clean, safe, and the staff was so nice and friendly! Thank you Oak Grove KOA!

We were there just for a quick night on our way back to Texas, but the staff was very very nice. Space between sites was nice and the grounds were very clean and neat.

The grounds were layed out ok. Staff was friendly & helpful, especially about local attractions & restaurants. Good people and the best thing about the grounds. For a holiday, sites were way to close. We've stayed at journeys with more room between rigs & a dead tree that did not allow us to fully extend our awning. Site was not level but we did make do, one side our wheels were off the ground.

From the time of making the reservation to checking out, we found this campground to be efficient and clean with very friendly staff. If we are ever in this area again, we'd stay here.

Very friendly Staff, Family owned and operated which seems to make a difference in most campgrounds. They take pride in the grounds and equipment. Very clean restrooms and Laundry facilities. we will definitely be stopping in on our way back home.

Kind of a bummer that the $98 per night patio site was gravel and not concrete, seemed a bit high compared to other KOA's we have stayed at, over all I guess not a bad place

We just stayed 2 days, but it was a nice campground. Not fancy, but well kept, clean and friendly staff. Perfect for visiting all the things in the Kansas City area.

Horrible. Spent almost 1,000 nights at KOAs and this is one of the worst. Unlevel sites. Mgr said ‘campground is built on a hill.’ Moved but still had to unhook. Cable didn’t work. Mgr said ‘Internet doesn’t work well either but it is what it is.’ Gets 2 stars because super nice escorts. Won’t go back or recommend. Amazed they keep their KOA designation.

Beautiful well maintained KOA. We enjoyed the evening by sitting in the gazebo overlooking the pond. Friendly service, updated bathrooms.

Warmly greeted at check in, easy to find site. Sites were clean Interstate road noise was extremely difficult to block out. Would suggest investing in sound barriers

Campsite was ok but spot was expensive for what it was. Staff were very friendly and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Dispensers in the showers we’re a nice added touch.

I have stayed at over 20 KOAs. This one wasn’t like all the others. I’m guessing the owner family doesn’t live there. 2-30 something scruffy guys on carts trying not to work. Pool a mess and supposed to be open in 15 days. The liner is shot. The main garbage bin gate was locked. Only have recycle bins out. We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
