The park was well kept and the amenities were available and plentiful. It is a beautiful park that exceeded expectations.

The location really makes this park. The staff is great and the sight was fine, but it is the ability to walk down to the water that really made it nice. They did also have live music the night we were there and we enjoyed a drink and listening to music as well. I would stay again if I were back in the area.

Very nice well kept property. Enjoyed fishing from the pier and kayaking on the bay. The pool, spa, and recreation room were very nice. Large tent site with water and electric served our needs.

The KOA staff were great. We appreciate that they allow us to hire someone to wash and wax our rig as so many campgrounds do not. Also one of our slides became stuck resulting in extra days there. Thank you for the kindness shown us in this stressful situation and the recommendation of a great RV repairman. Thanks again, The Hayes

This campground has good amenities, but the overall care of the campground was lacking. They haven't put much effort into maintaining foundational things like the road or the spaces. All of the low cost options were much smaller than noted on the website. My camper is only 8.5ft wide and I barely had enough space for the picnic table without it being right next to the sewer line of the other site.

Great location, well-maintained site, friendly staff. Love to be by the water in such a peaceful setting. Easy access to Pensacola and Blue Angels shows. and NAS Museum.

We stayed in a site surrounded by old trees and I liked it there but it was small for our 40’ 5th wheel. The campground is old but I liked it. Staff was super friendly.

We stayed for 8 days/nights and had a nice big RV site with all the hook-ups. We used the pool/hot tub area several times and caught several nice big catfish while fishing from the large pier. They have a great fish cleaning station down at the pier as well. We took several trips to sight-see the area (Blue Angels practice/Fort Morgan & ferry ride/USS Alabama) Would definitely come here again!

We had a great stay. Our spot was in a great shady spot. The pool was really nice and clean, as well as the bathrooms and showers. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely a KOA we would stay at again!

Pretty place with the bay and beach area. Clean facilities and close to some great places to eat. Also close to the Naval Air Station to see the Blue Angels, and the Oar House!

The property was nice. Dogs was constantly barking continuously. People was leaving animals unattended in campers to which they barked for hours. One lady living in a tent with 2 dogs that barked and barked. It was frustrating.

The people are fabulous. The location is convenient. But the 'resort' itself needs an upgrade. The sites are terribly small. The map shows restrooms that do not exist (yet), and the events planned were canceled via texts, which did not indicate the sender. And there are no street signs. It is very difficult to navigate initially.

Beautiful location on Perdido Bay! We enjoyed watching the dolphins at sunset! The Saturday night music was great.

Overall the campground was extremely nice and the grounds were kept clean and tidy. The views of Perdido Bay made for a memorable stay. We will definitely come back for family outings in the future. The only issues were the neighboring sewer dumps being so close to our “patio” area the cable hookup being closed n the bottom of the box at ground level and not offering WiFi service to guests.

My site was a sandbox. Looks like they used sand (instead of gravel) in muddy areas, so now some sites are covered in sand that gets tracked everywhere in RVs and vehicles. Men's showers could definitely use some work.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Close to things to do in Perdido Key. Rented a kayak, enjoyed their beach. Would definitely stay again.

We thought this was one of the best KOAs we have ever stayed at while on the road! The staff was super friendly and helpful! It is close to North Gulf Shores and Pensacola, so there is lots to see and do! The bathrooms were very nice and kept clean! We highly recommend staying here!!

Wish even in primitive area there was a communal electric Plug-in to charge phones and water hose to wash dishes.

You have a very nice park, we were glad to stay again. The only negative was the poor condition of the wooden deck on our site; J7 I believe. It is borderline dangerous and should be immediately repaired or removed. The new doggie park is nice. Keep up the good work.

Friendly, spacious, accomodating for our extra day, and so nice that it's walking distance to the bay. Saturday evening was fun. Also, the adjoining pizza restaurant was a plus.

Great RV park. We would definitely stay here again. Great location on the water, nice pool and very friendly staff. Chubby's restaurant that was adjacent was a great spot for a pizza!
