Adult suppervision needed. I was in space 168, small for my 34' trailer. I could not exit due to a pondarosa pine limiting my turn radius. I ask that the space across from me (182) be left open so I could drive across and exit. The Manager said she had limited pull throughs, NO, no consideration to fill it last. 3 spaces were open all night. Open carry & power scooters allowed, rule 6/7 violaion.

Pull thru site was narrow. Site was just dusty dirt and rocks. Too narrow to sit to the side of the RV. Site was not very level, had to use block under one of my wheels after lowering levelers. Expensive for what you get. Will not return.

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient location. Quiet most of the time in the day. Very quiet at night. However, 1. price was extremely high for this park. I’ve never paid that much anywhere. No pool. 2. Park Roads need repaying. 3. Sites are very dusty / dirty and need more road gravel.

We weren’t happy about our stay. The site was too small, very UNLEVEL and the hook ups were in very bad condition. To even begin to level our coach we had to park the wrong way making hooking up difficult. The site had people walking through it constantly like a public thoroughfare. For the price of this we felt we were severely overcharged. Won’t stay here again. Staff unconcerned about issue

Beautiful campground with gorgeous mountain views. Conveniently located to any type of shopping and amenities you’ll need, as well as within an hour or two’s drive of many national monuments and parks. Staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to offer suggestions for places to visit nearby. (Loved the recommendation for Walnut Canyon!). Used laundry, showers, and restrooms - all clean and nic

The staff really did go above and beyond in dealing with me and my ever-changing schedule. They didn’t flinch when I extended my stay and then had to cut it short soon after. They just took care of the details and made things easy for me.

Our family has been going to your KOA for years and always enjoy ourselves. The one thing we do miss is the trash cans at the campsite. Otherwise, we were very pleased with all the other upgrades.

Very friendly staff. The guy who filled our propane was very professional. The front desk staff are always awesome. Clean facilities are always appreciated. Great stay.

RV site was far from level. Had to move to another site to try and get somewhat level. People around were complaining about this as well. One Big Rig near us had rear wheels 6" off the ground trying to get level. Not safe! At $94/night - definetly NOT worth it! C'mon KOA you can do better than this!

When I booked I was told my spot would be a little tight. When we got there it was a different story. We couldn’t even pull into our spot from our road, we had to go one road back and drive through another campground. Then in order for our slide to work they had to remove our neighbor’s grill on one side and move the picnic table onto our other neighbors site.

Only issue I had was the BBQ grill my neiighnor used was right in front of my electrical panel. They were cooking when I arrived. I almost burned myself due to where it was placed.

We were able to secure a spot on short notice -which was great. However, we were a bit surprised by the price - $115/nite. Seemed a bit excessive since we have paid $30-$40/nite for the same services. The staff was very professional & friendly. However, overcharging or gouging because it is a holiday weekend was a bit excessive.

We loved most everything except the dust! The camp is a beautiful setting that is convenient to several great site seeing locations. There is also easy access to shopping for both necessities and most anything else. The staff was friendly and helpful. Since this was a Holiday KOA location there were a number of families with young kids. We loved the sounds of young laughter!

6 night stay. RR and laundry good. Staff good and friendly. Location good. They do need to do some site leveling on selected sites. Also a dedicated "thru path" to RR and laundry midway on the rows. Overall good stay.

Great campground. Lots of trees/shade. We stayed in a travel trailer in a full hook-up, pull-thru site. All utilities worked. This campground is close to the 3 National Monuments we visited.

We were only supposed to be there overnight. Our Jacks would not go up. It took us 8 days to get them. The staff was so accommodating. The hiking trails by the park were an excellent pastime for our dog. Friendly people.

Great people; great location; space 184 is very uneven; loose soil and need the trees trimmed. Great hookups. The back side of the park opens to a beautiful trail. Megan was great to help us with a reservation.

We enjoyed staying at this campground. Very friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers. Close to shopping and few minutes with car from downtown.They had everything for kids to enjoy their staying. Overall I will go back there if I need to stay in flagstaff.

Nice park located at base of Mt Elden with amazing hiking trails. Sites were not quite level but were ok for larger rigs. Workers are very nice and friendly. 2 nice large K9 camps for dogs to run. Some updating at park being done.

I chose this KOA because it was perfectly located between places we were traveling, so I'd expect it to possibly be close to a major road. This KOA DOES have beautiful natural surroundings, but the actual sites are in need of some freshening. Weedy areas between sites, beat-up galvanized trash cans instead of trash pick up like most private campgrounds provide; off-level sites.

This KOA is the worst we've ever been to. The camp site was uneven, the roads are too narrow for big rigs as picnic tables, trees, and vehicles were sticking out on the edge of the road and we barely were able to drive out. The maintenance is zero here. What a shame that you don't care what the campground looks like.

Great campground, helpful employees, clean bathrooms & showers
