I have stayed here a few times at dc5 and loved it this time they put us in dc10 and it was horrible! There were critters running in the roof and bedroom walls, no plug for the tub to give my granddaughter a bath, tv in bedroom didn’t work and the bathroom door handle fell off! When they came to fix the issues the manager was so rude he acted like I was putting him out and bothering him!

The cabin was cute and met our needs. We expected a cabin with bunks since our Reservation showed bunk beds but had 2 queens and a pull out couch which limited our living space. We were disappointed because there was a keurig and was expecting a regular coffee pot which we had prepared for. Otherwise it was a fine stay.

Staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Late check in for cabins was simple and check in the next morning was quick and easy. Check out was just the same. I camped here as a kid and have so many good memories here that are continuing as an adult. Family friendly camp ground.

Arrived 55 minutes early due to less traffic than expected. Had hoped to discuss extending our stay by two more nights. However, the cold reception at check-in (no welcome, no inquiry about our journey, no welcome back, etc.) made us decide to stick to our original 5-night stay. This departure from the usual warm greeting we expect from KOA suggests a need for staff training in hospitality.

Had a wonderful stay in the camping cabin. It is wonderful they are dog friendly. The staff people are all do an excellent job. We will return.

Stayed 2 nights in a deluxe cabin. Cabin was very clean with adequate linens, kitchen supplies and a space heater for the chilly evenings. Campground was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was effortless. Will definitely stay again.

Such an amazing family weekend! We rented one of the Deluxe Cabins and were blown away by how clean and well-kept it was. The kids loved playing at the park, jumping on the pillow, riding their bikes, and participating in the daily activities. You'd never know the weather wasn't the best (rainy and cold), but we all still made the best of it. Can't wait to visit again!

TV was supposed to be free to air, but could not get it to work - we have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ accounts, however, could not watch anything due to the very poor internet service - PS - staff was very friendly and efficient!

The campground staff was super friendly and helpful. They were supposed to close the park the week prior to our stay but they called me and asked if were staying as per my reservation back in April. They honored my reservation, and I was very happy because I was visiting my son and grandkids. I'll definitely will recommend this campground to anyone.

As always our cabin was spotless!! It was so relaxing. I look forward to our trips to the KOA every year!! The only negative thing I would have to say is not having the golf cart rentals anymore. My husband is partially disabled and it makes it very difficult for him to get around. We are confined to just staying at the cabin. I have been to different camp sights and they all have carts to rent.

We spent Halloween weekend at KOA. The kids absolutely loved it. So many activities to participate in and always something to do. The trick or treating was perfect for the littles at 5:30pm. Our deluxe cabin was perfect and had all the amenities we were looking for (plates, silverware, towels, linens, grilling utensils). We can't wait to book our next trip!

Stayed in the camping cabin and it was awesome as usual because it rained all day the 2nd day of our stay Not sure I liked having to book for 3 days where my grandsons had school and we wasted a whole day that was paid for

Cabin was nice in a good location. There was trash under the bed from a previous resident and bathrooms were not cleaned one time in the three days that we were there.

We had a great time. Office is fantastic at helping, and knowledgeable about everything, especially Paul! Cabin could really use a good cleaning. Floors, bathroom, everything. The mold on the wood walls needs to be addressed. The kids really enjoyed all the activities!!���

The woman’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Hair everywhere in the showers and all over the bathroom. Toilets not clean at all. I stayed last year and they were a little better. I understand it is a camp site public bathroom but for almost $200 a night it’s not acceptable. Even the walkway leading up to the bathroom door had hair everywhere. I will not be returning.

The cabin was great. My only issue is the plates were dirty and the table had pizza sauce on it and dripping down one of the chairs. Other than that my family had a great time with friends despite the weather.

We stayed on one of the Halloween celebration weekends in a cabin and had a great time! There was so much to do and all the activities were well thought out. I found the text alert feature announcing the various events to be especially helpful. My family and I had a great time and plan to return in the future.

This is a fun place to stay. Fairly close to Providence RI, and Cape Cod MA. Sites are gravel and pretty level. Bathrooms are older but very clean and well maintained. The dog park is grassy and has shade and benches. There were a lot of dogs here during our visit and the dog park was very popular. It's still early in the year, and the summer season doesn't start until Memorial Day, but still plenty of fun things to do for kids. The little train that runs thru the campground always has kids, adults, and even dogs, all having fun. The train usually has kids on their bikes following along. The store is well stocked and staff is very helpful and friendly. The laundry room is clean and all the machines work. There is a lot going on during the day but nights are very quiet.
