It's May!
Let's celebrate May! We will have our first "Hey" Ride and Ice Cream Social of the season. We will host a campfire on Saturday night with music and roasted marshmallows. Sunday afternoon will be a potluck dinner to make new friends and catch up with old ones!

Mother's Day Weekend
Welcome Mom's! Join us for a special "Mom" craft led by our resident mom. Relax and enjoy your special day with us. Mom's eat free at our Sunday morning pancake breakfast.

"Come Camp and Care With Us" Weekend
Join us for "Come Camp And Care With Us" Weekend. Those staying Friday night get Saturday night for free! We will be collecting donations and holding fundraising events to benefit KOA Care Camps for children with cancer. Join us at our Sunday morning pancake breakfast.

NASCAR Weekend
Start Your Engines! Celebrate NASCAR racing with us this weekend. Decorate your site with your favorite drivers colors and number, prizes will be awarded to the best decorated sites. When things have slowed down, relax with us on the "Hey" Ride and enjoy some Ice Cream! Catch the "Sprint Showdown and All-Star Race" from Lowe's Motor Speedway in surround sound on our big screen TV.

Memorial Day Weekend
Come join us as we celebrate Memorial Day. We will celebrate the start of the Summer season by having Pool Games, Bingo, Group Campfire, Ice Cream, Pancake Breakfast and much more! Show your spirit by decorating your site in red, white, and blue! Karaoke on Sunday night is sure to be lots of fun. Join us in the morning on Memorial Day for a Special Service.

End of School Fling
The end of the school year is here. Kids, show us your report cards and receive a free slushie! We will celebrate the start of summer vacation with a bonfire and wiener roast. Enjoy our "Hey" Ride, Ice Cream Social and more!

Mardi Gras Weekend
Come join us for a Mardi Gras party! Make festive hats, crowns and streamers at craft time. Then join us for kids games. We will finish up our party on Saturday night with an Ice Cream Social and "Hey" Ride. On Sunday morning, join us for a "French Toast" Breakfast.

Father's Day Weekend
Welcome Dads! Join us for a special "Man Craft" led by our resident dad. Dad's play bingo with your kids and Dad's eat free at our pancake breakfast on Sunday! Relax and enjoy your special day with us.

Hawaiian Luau
Aloha! We are inviting you to celebrate the tropical spirit with us this weekend. Have fun doing crafts, playing pool games or relaxing by the poolside. We'll host our 4th Annual Pig Roast & Luau on Saturday night. Contests include hula dancing, limbo and more. Be sure to break out your best Hawaiian shirt for the Luau.

4th of July Weekend
Show your patriotic spirit by decorating your site in red, white, and blue. There will be pool games for kids, Bingo for adults, and an Ice Cream Social followed by a patriotic "Hey" Ride for all to enjoy! Join us on Sunday for our pancake breakfast.
July 9-11
Waterworks Weekend
It's the middle of summer and time for a Beach Party! Come join us for fun in the sun with a beach atmosphere. We'll play water and beach games. The kids will get to make sand castles and get soaked on our "Wet Hey Ride". Then you can enjoy our Ice Cream Social.
July 16-18
Music, Music, Music
Music, Music, Music! We have a weekend of music activities for the whole family. We'll get together any "Guitar Hero's" in the campground to show us their stuff on Friday night. Saturday, get your toes tapping and dance the night away to some "live" music. Come join us for a craft to make music makers. Join us Sunday afternoon for a Potluck dinner.
July 23-25
Christmas in July
Ho, Ho, Ho, it's Christmas in July! You can make Christmas ornaments with us at craft time, help us decorate the Christmas tree, and sing Christmas Carols with Santa on the "Hey" Ride. Bring a white elephant gift to adult Bingo and have some fun! We will also have an Ice Cream Social and prizes for the best decorated site! Relax on Sunday morning and join us for our famous pancake breakfast. Does Santa like pancakes? You'll just have to find out.
July 30-August 1
Games, Games & more Games
Come join us this weekend for games, games & more games! We will have Frank's Pranks here to lead our 4th Annual Bean Bag tournament. When the games wind down and bragging rights have been established, join us for a singing "Hey" Ride and Ice Cream Social. It's sure to be fun for the whole family.
August 6-8
Corn Boil Weekend
It's our annual Corn Boil weekend. We have scheduled a weekend full of fun including crafts and pool games for kids. We then cook up some wonderful local brats and boil that delicious sweet corn from our local farmers. Don't miss out on the fun and good eats. This event is always a crowd favorite!
August 13-15
Western Weekend & Chili Cook-off
It's Western Weekend so all you cowboys and cowgirls come on out and enjoy the fun! We'll have crazy rodeo games, gold rush & more. Enjoy our "Hey" Ride and Ice Cream Social, the ice cream is purdy good! Y'all just mosey on out to see us for some real western fun! We are also hosting our 2nd Annual "Chili Cook-Off". Contestants bring a crock pot of your favorite chili to share. Our guests will then determine what's "Hot" and what's "Not". Prizes will be awarded!
August 20-22
Wine and Cheese Weekend
Take the time to kick back and enjoy some of our favorite local wines. We will have a wine and cheese tasting, highlighting our local favorites. As always, we will have activities and crafts for kids of all ages. Join us for our Ice Cream Social and "Hey" Ride on Saturday evening.

Mystery Whodunit
Come help us "Crack The Case" at our 2nd Annual Mystery Whodunit Dinner Party on Saturday night. During the day we will have crafts, games and a mystery scavenger hunt for the kids as well as our Saturday evening Ice Cream Social and "Hey" Ride.
September 3-6
Labor Day Weekend
It's our annual Labor Day Carnival event to benefit KOA Care Camps. This weekend is packed full of fun activities for everyone in the family to enjoy. We will have crafts, kids games, adult Bingo, "Hey" Ride and an Ice Cream Social (and that is just Saturday). On Sunday, enjoy our Pancake Breakfast before the big event, the Care Camps Carnival and Raffle! Not only is this weekend fun, but our carnival and raffle proceeds go to help send kids with cancer to camp!
September 10-12
Lena Fall Festival
There is a festival in downtown Lena and we would love you to come join in the fun with us. Everyone is invited to join us in the KOA Wagon and come into town to participate in the parade! In the evening, we will enjoy an Ice Cream Social, "Hey" Ride and Group Campfire.

"Cheese Days" Weekend
Anyone on a quest seeking the best food fest in the Midwest should plan ahead and be sure to mark "Green County Cheese Days" on their calendar for September 17-19. Make Lena KOA your home base while you enjoy the event.

Customer Appreciation Weekend (Helping Others, Giving Back & Stone Soup)
We would like to say thanks to all of you who have camped with us this year. Anyone who has stayed with us for 2 or more nights during the 2010 season can stay Friday and get Saturday FREE! Let's take some time to give back to others and have some fun together! Kids will do crafts made from recycled items to help our environment. Adults will have craft time too, a project benefiting a local charity. On Saturday evening we will have our famous "Stone Soup" dinner. Everyone contributes something to the big pot, then we all enjoy a community meal together.

Halloween Celebration
Come celebrate Halloween with us early! This is the first of two "trick-or-treating" weekends. Kids, bring your costumes! Adults, bring candy for the kiddies if you would like to participate (optional of course). We will be doing crafts, decorating pumpkins and having a group campfire with hot chocolate. Also, don't forget about the "Haunted Barn" and other area attractions this time of year. It will be great fun!
October 8-11
Columbus Day Weekend - Halloween Celebration II
Columbus Day weekend is one of the most event filled times of the year in this area. Enjoy local craft shows and festivals or relax at your campsite. We have many activities this weekend as well. This is the second of two "Trick or Treating" weekends. Adults, bring candy for the kiddies if you would like to participate (optional of course). We will be doing crafts, a "Hey" Ride and an Ice Cream Social. On Saturday evening, join us for "Halloween Karaoke". On Sunday, join us for our famous Pancake Breakfast. We'll finish the weekend off with a Sing-A-Long Campfire in the evening.

Fall in the Country
Come join us for the beautiful fall colors. Enjoy a "Hey" Ride and Group Campfire with Hot Chocolate and Marshmallows. During the day, join us for crafts and pumpkin carving. Also, don’t forget about the many local area haunted activites!

October Spooks and Spirits
Camping season is almost over, but there is still lots of fun to have. We will be doing crafts, decorating pumpkins and having a Group Campfire with Hot Chocolate and roasted Marshmallows. Also, don't forget about the "Haunted Barn" and other area haunted attractions this time of year. It will be great fun!

Last Weekend of the Season
This is it! It's our last weekend of the 2010 camping season! We will be doing crafts, decorating pumpkins and having a Group Campfire with Hot Chocolate & Hot Apple Cider. You can also participate in many area activities.... some of them rumored to be haunted!
