Easy access, no-thrill campground. If you like trains, they pass by often! Food and bar nextdoor is excellent and a convenient walk when you’re tired and don’t want to cook. Pizza and beer was perfect! Next morning, stopped in Seligman down the street for a good cup of coffee and a bit of history of Route 66.

It served the purpose of a place to stay; nothing special...

Rode in on a 2100 mile solo trip. Quickly fell in love with the Seligman Area. The Campground was fantastic. I'm still on the way back home, only a day out and I miss it already. The other campers at the campground made the trip as much as the destination. I met people there I will never forget. Rt.66 is literally right outside the cabin, and its less than 300 yards to enter the mother road.

The trains going by. Hard to sleep when you’re not use to it.

We love staying here it’s right off int 40 in a very small quaint historic town RT 66. Property well maintained and spacious sites, very nice friendly staff. Very relaxing.

It's certainly more than a mere campground it's more glamping than camping. The staff are extremely nice and helpful.

Always a great place and town to stay in, clean facilities and friendly staff!

The park itself was okay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were good. Sadly, there are train tracks 150 ft from the campground. The trains ran every 15 minutes. The only saving grace was they didn't blow the whistle. It's okay for one night.

staff were super nice and pleasant. the railroad is close and when the wind blows it whips right through. That being said the amenities were okay. Bathrooms clean, dog yards clean, showers clean, and sites were clean. older campground but can’t complain because the prices were not bad. sites do not have landscaping so it is open to you neighbors. We will stay again when we are passing through.

We only stayed one night on our way home. It was clean, great bathrooms and shower, nice people. Only thought was the water and electricity was far from our trailer in this pull thru site, because we didn’t want to unhitch. Other than that, it was nice. Loved the trains going by and the view of the prairie grass

New pedestals/ water spigots are nice! New grills. Dog play area. Level sites. Close to railroad tracks, but the train doesn't blow their horn so train noise not too bad.

As a small town RV park, this park is average. However, as a KOA park, it was unacceptable. I typically select a KOA park when I want a hassle free stay. They are usually more expensive but worth it. Not this time. Very unlevel side to side site. Plus they have RV sites without full hookups, which I missed. Not up to my expectation for KOA.

Train noise but not much you can do about that. The water valve leaks which could cause a problem in cold weather.

Unique
Stayed one night in our 39 ft motorhome with tow. Friendly Mike greeted me and had an escort lead us to the site. It was an easy pull thru with full hook ups. Clean area with plenty of room. We would stay again if we travel through this way.

Nice clean park, but a lot of potholes.

Train was very busy all night long and very loud even though we were far from tracks (site B4). Showers need to be redone in women’s bath.

Enjoyed our overnight at KOA and dinner in town and a walk through town.

We had bad weather with rain, snow and ice. There where puddles everywhere and nothing was done to prevent them from forming. Infront of the mens restroom the roof was damaged so that water dripped on the concrete and formed ice and I slipped and fell on the concrete and injured myself, luckily my head didn't hit the concrete but I had bruses and abrasions...repair that roof and prevent injuries.

Ci siamo fermati qui in tenda durante il nostro on the road ad Agosto 2023.

Spent Memorial Day weekend in one of the 2 bedroom cabins. It was perfect for a family of 4, and could fit even more. Had good AC and heat, had a nice mini fridge and microwave. You have to bring your own linens and pillows, and the bathrooms are about 75 feet from the cabins. It was perfect for a small town weekend getaway I'll be back.
