Very nice and clean. Winter storm hit the area and we had no problem booking four more days until the storm passed. Close to 80 and easy on/off.

We stayed in a Kamping Cabin #2 and it & the whole facility were very clean and comfortable. Even walking around outside we didn't track dirt into the Kabin. It's in the middle of SLC but w/all the trees it feels like the woods. Patrolled/safe at night, great staff. Has propane & 4 large bays to wash your RV. 24 hr vending machines for snacks, cleaning supplies, etc. Easy access.

There are lots of homeless in the area. Access to the trails is chained and locked due to the drug problems outside the fence. The games area didn't have the equipment to play any games. The campground is connected to a full term residential trailer park so you don't feel like you're in a campground at all.

I loved the trees and shade . I had a back-in and the size was wonderful. The only negative was it backed up a busy road but the noise was not there at night.

The check-in is easy - drive up and the lanes are wide and long to park and go in office. Well staffed. Offered coffee, hot chocolate and pancakes in the morning. The spots are as described and easy pull-thru. A very large KOA. Mexican restaurant on the corner, to go or eat outside. Nice dog wash facility. A huge public dog park is within walking distance.

Location, location, location! This KOA has it all! Well-maintained grounds, clean hot tub & pool, immaculate deluxe cabins with fire pits. Friendly staff, including Angie & Nicole, made us feel at home. Michael, on-site security, kept the campground clean & safe. Underrated & a must-visit! 10 stars! ����

Stopover for the weekend while traveling cross country. Enjoyed our stay. Facilities well maintained and grounds decent. We had a back in site with a surrounding hedge for privacy. Also, campground is across the street from lite rail.

The grounds were meticulously maintained and the staff goes above and beyond. They were able to locate 3 screws I needed. They take pride in their work and treat it like they own it.

The actual KOA was nice, the spots were well maintained, the staff was super friendly, and the store was well stocked! The surrounding area was very sketchy with lots of homeless individuals roaming around the outside of the KOA area.

The ONLY thing I wish was different is if there was another pet enclosure area or two. We tried twice to take our pets there but it was full every time. But the campground is beautiful. We really liked the store and Angela was awesome. We'll certainly stay here again. Michael Dorr

We rented a camping cabin. We had to rent linen. I think towels should be added to the rental. Also the tv in the cabin only had Roku. Tv should have the same cable channels that rv sites are able to connect to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Appreciate the night security.

Extremely Noisy!!!!! No policing of the area. People play basketball after quiet hours and as late as 2 am and they do anything about it. They play music at the bathrooms 24/7 and don’t shut it off during quiwt hours. Why are people able to turn in bright lights to basketball courts after quiet hours. Stayed three nights and inly saw security come by one night.

The good: The property itself is lovely and the staff are nice Great games area with cornhole, connect 4, ping pong and a basketball court with all the equipment. Grassy tent sites. The bad:The area! It’s right in the middle of a homeless area with so many addicts wandering around. No way of walking anywhere outside of the KOA or stopping at any nearby stores. Thankfully they have a night watchm

The campground layout is great and the restrooms and showers are clean. Even though it is not a gated community, I felt safe due to the staff’s presence and maintenance. The laundry room was clean and well maintained. The trees are beautiful and well kept. Manager and staff was always friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our work stay a bit easier.

We stayed 2 nights. The koa was clean, quiet and we really liked our site with grass and trees. Office staff were very nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

Small sites. Good facilities. Very nice for city centre campground. BTW the roads and highway in Salt Lake are terrible compared to the rest of Utah so expect your unit to bounce around until you get through the campground entrance.

They had coffee and pancakes for breakfast at 8:00 am . Showers had hot water. Located in the midst of Salt Lake City. Not an easy city to navigate. There was a nice pool and hot tub. The Great Salt Lake was only about 15-17 minutes.

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL and so patient with my numerous questions prior to our flights! They really made the difference to feeling comfortable as I had to make last minute changes and was able to secure a cabin! The store was exceptionally stocked - the coffee much appreciated and what was even more special was the extra special touch of AMAZING donuts!!!! YMMMM Thanks for caring so much

We were not told before we arrived that ridiculously loud music would be played at the fairgrounds next door from 8:00am to 11:00pm!! We understand it’s beyond your control but it’s an expensive KOA stay and it wasn’t a secret it was going to happen. They told us “it happens every year!”.

The SLC KOA campground is well maintained and the staff is friendly. However the location of the KOA itself is the problem. The KOA is located right next to the fairgrounds, EXTREMELY LOUD music played from Thursday-Sunday. The homeless population was awful. At one point some campers ran a homeless out, but the KOA employee gave him his backpack, probably stolen goods inside. We won’t return

This facility is nothing like the other facilities we've stayed in. The S.L.C. facility is closer to a trailer park than a RV park. They could take lessons from the San Diego Metro Holiday. The differences are night & day. The S.L.C. Holiday is by far the worst KOA we've stayed in and has gone down hill in the last year.We will never stay there again. Michael Humphreys 2087039415

The bathrooms in the back need an exhaust fan. After people shower in the evenings it was like a sauna. Made it rather gross. Fix the bathrooms and it's 5 stars. Good job keeping everything else clean.

Check in process is efficient, park and facilities are clean and relatively quiet (barking dogs and some nearby construction). There is a homeless encampment / hang out not far from the entrance, but we never felt unsafe.

First I'd like to say that you may be a little put off by the surrounding area leading up to this KOA. It is heavily populated with housing challenged people. That said, the staff were very nice and welcoming. Concrete site was level and had a nice picnic table and fire pit. However, not all sites have a fire pit so be sure to ask for one if you want it. It's a large campground, so many site options. Also, some sites share hookups so your doors will face each other. Check out the website map to choose a site. Pool was nice, and laundry facility was clean and inexpensive. I like that they have a recycling dumpster. They do not pick up trash at your site. All in all, a necklace to stay.
