It was not as good as stays in the past. There were a lot of issues, with zero concern from staff. We rented a glamping tent and they did not care taht the wood they provided was moldy and could not be cooked on. They also dod not care the the replacement wood was also moldy..

It’s gigantic. The pool and grounds for activities is gorgeous…. The tent sites, not so much. Theres shade, but no actual tent pad. Its just on tree roots, rocks, etc…. Its happened to rain a lot so tons of water pooled in our tent since our site was on a slant. Had to buy a grill became its just a fire ring. Advertising as a Holiday but more like journey koa.and ive been to nicer journey ko

Was our second time we love it and will be back. My only suggested could be the cleanliness of the cabins. The floors were filthy my kids walked in and the bottoms of their socks were black. There were chips left from the previous person. The cabin should be deep cleaned in between stays with vacuuming and moping.

This was our 7 time staying at salmon Falls, no KOA. I have to admit I do like this particular campground better when it was not a KOA. Very expensive and really not any extra perks and the bathrooms should have been much cleaner than they were. thank you We will be back if the price goes down a bit.

We clean the bathrooms regularly and we do our best on keeping the bathrooms clean for the next person.

I've been going to this campground for 25 years. I do recommend it in spite of the cost & hefty site save fee was disappointed, however, with our tenting site- was full of littered trash, fire pit was full of trash and rocks- obvious that there was zero prep for new campers. It was also a catchall for puddles- while other empty sites around us were cleaner and puddle free- why stick us there?

We had a wonderful time at KOA. We were there during water week and the kids had a great time. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. My only complaint is that the stairs in the large pool were very slippery and I fell and hurt my foot.

I have checked the pool stairs and did not find them to be slippery as the guest had mentioned.

Other than the underground Hornets and air conditioner in cabin we had a great time... We come every year with a church group and it's always a great time...

Quick overnight. Arrived after big storm, site was a huge puddle. Glad we arrived later in the afternoon (5 pm). Looked nice otherwise. Cable wasn’t working either.

The trip overall was middle of the road. The camp overall is clearly understaffed, and the folks there are either not empowered to do anything (stopping teenagers from wreaking havoc across the campground) or have immense disdain for their job. So many things from before COVID are still non-existent, and as an adult there is little to do outside of swimming. Good place if you have kids, though.

We have 2 security chasing kids around during all shifts. We are fully staffed. We are geared for a family campground.

Unfortunately, our site was incredibly unlevel. Had the maintenance man Thom not brought some concrete blocks. We would not have been able to even open our trailer up. As it was, we got it as level as could be but we were still out about an inch and a half. The septic tank beneath the site was full, preventing me from dumping my tanks.

2024 we will spend time having the sites leveled. Issues with septic tanks are being discussed with corporate for next season.

Staff at the office was very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping staff was amazing. She was in and out of the cabin quickly to help us check in early to enjoy time with our family that was already there. Looking to rent the deluxe cabin or new log cabins next year. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a place to make lots of memories.

He had our annual camping trip with 30+ people at salmon falls koa, and it was great!! The bathrooms and showers were very clean and there were so many activities from the pools and minigolf to the weekly events like bingo and corn hole games. There was so much to do that we were not able to do everything. We hope to be back next year.

Riverfront sites should be able to see the riverfront. Site 431 should not be considered a riverfront site.

My rv that belonged to the park that I rented was broken when I got there the coffee pot was melted the stove had to be fixed and they workers had no clue what was going on with it or the activities of the camp ground. I’ve been going since it was kings and queens camp ground and honestly this stay mad me not want to come back next year.

The guest turned on the stove top and melted the coffee pot, upon arrival we give all guests the weekly events file. The guest is not being truthful.

This is a great place for kids. There are so many things for them to do, that we never saw any kids sitting in front of a screen! They were all outside enjoying some physical activity. It is a bit tricky to find your way into the park so double check your directions. There's a nice camp store and everyone we came in contact with were friendly and helpful.

check in was quick and easy. LeeAnn was a great help and very professional . A young worker at the campgrounds named Calvin was so thoughtful and a noticeable hard worker. great to see this in anyone .

Great place if it doesn't rain. Recommend a better drainage system as there was A LOT of flooding. I would also suggest a later checkout time, like 12pm as it takes a lot of time to get packed up.

Because of the heavy rains during the season, some of the sites were flooded. We are working on upgrading our drainage system for the campground for next season. We have checkout at 11am and we cannot change that.

Everything was great except the showers I believe could use more cleanings thru the day. All three days I took showers there was always hair on the shower walls and floor or mud.

The staff clean the bathrooms/showers 5 times daily. We have inspected and found the showers to be cleaned in all loactions.

It was a wonderful stay. My kids absolutely loved it. My only complaint was the mattresses in the cabins were extremely uncomfortable.

Unlevel site, even though we had a patio we could part no where near it, as there was a big hump right next to it. plenty of other sites were available. beware of the $10 day Resort charge I was not told about. They refunded it. Wifi only worked if you were at the store. Cable had several connections at site and never did work consistently. great place for kids but we have none.

The site is level, pull through and has a concrete pad. The resort fee is standard. There were issues with the cable during that time and we refunded the resort fee of $9.99. It is advertised on the webpage that wifi available in the main office and arcade.

I paid more money for a waterfront site. Did not have that. Even though I was charged. I was told I just have to walk through the woods.well that's not what I paid for. They should have refunded me and charged me a regular site fee. I discussed it with the women at the desk but apparently she couldn't do anything about it. Won't be going back there.

425 is a site that next to the river, we are not able to cut any undergrowth.

Overall, very happy with our stay and our accommodations and we look forward to booking our stay for next summer. With that being said, we did have a troubling experience with one of the staff members that I would love to be contacted about as soon as possible. I called Mrs Sproules as soon as I received the message. There was an issue with one of the pool attendants, and I dealt with the issue by giving the staff a written warning.

A big shout out to Scott!!! I was just staying the night, passing through the area heading north. I thought that had reserved a pull-through but ended up with a back in. With a smile on his face, Scott escorted me to the site and expertly backed up my trailer with ease, making sure the it stayed hitched to the truck. He returned in the morning to help me a get me safely out of the site.

Staff were all friendly and professional. Anemeties we’re all excellent. Showers could use a bit of cleaning at times but otherwise everything was excellent! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Always a been a favorite of mine since as far back as the kings and queens. Love the rv patio sites. Update 5/18/24: Came for a birthday weekend, and their ropes course was down due to town permitting. Lebanon KOA staff made it a great weekend and offered us to go to "Take flight" in Kittery, Maine on them. Thank you so much, Steve and Rich, for making it a great birthday and keeping up with the long tradition and return trips to Lebanon KOA!!!
