Always love coming to Koa. We had issue with air in lodge and it was fixed right away. The lodges could use better cleaning, it seemed like they weren’t cleaned too well, the air filters in air conditioning units were filthy and I had to clean before using. All the staff was friendly and Helpful.

It was super nice and the staff were amazing. Everything I needed was completed when I texted. Even when I left I sent a text about a friend who's coming in after us and the text was returned. I appreciate everything and everyone! The bathrooms and showers were well kept this time as well!

I've been camping here for about 35 years. It is always improving! Our family always makes fun memories! It has been harder to secure a campsite the last several years. But when I get a chance to camp. Port Huron KOA is my first choice!

It’s a great place for camping especially for families. My only complaint is how expensive it is to camp or rent a cabin there. I paid over $85 for a night of camping and my family paid $136 for one night in a cabin. Camping used to be affordable and something families could do on a budget. But it has gotten very expensive. It cost me over four hundred dollars for four nights of camping.

We loved all the available activities! We were disappointed that the sports court was closed on Monday, as we have traditionally rented a golf cart on this day. Also, the WiFi continues to be very poor throughout the campground. This should be upgraded given the cost of the stay. My cellular provider (AT&T) has almost no service at the KOA, so WiFi would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It was great and nice cabin! It definitely needs a new mattress for the pull out couch, and never had a clear picture on the TV!

We have enjoyed going to this KOA location for many years. My only compliant is they could work on updating the picnic tables. The one at our camp site was broken, the wood pieces were rotten and broken and wasn't really useful for our trip.

I was shocked how clean everything was - thank you!! Staff was super friendly and helpful. My only issue was the number of kids, bikes, cars, golf carts on the roads in the park. It was super dangerous. I saw several kids almost get hit by not paying attention and cutting in front of cars. I wish there were sidewalks to keep some of the foot traffic off the more traveled roads in the park.

Unattended dogs barking non stop and people cutting through campsites was extremely irritating. Otherwise a good experience.

We stayed for 4days. We had the best time. Your campground is amazing, very clean, quiet and everyone was friendly, helpful and always respectful. We are looking forward to coming back! I stay at Koa yearly and I’ve never had an issue until this yr. I witnessed a family get evicted and after that family was evicted I witnessed Koa staff go and tear up the room that the family cleaned up prior to leaving to prevent them from getting their money bk. The general manager was involved in this incident as well. I will not be returning to this location.

This stay was one of the worsts for sure from the rude employees and the racial profiling of my family and friends… My daughter was threatened by one of your employees an older white man who threatened to drag her off the premises… we definitely won’t be back any time soon… even though we love camping we’re going to find a place that has more respectful employees who treat their guest wi

Stay was great, but there was someone in our site when we arrived. It was after the 3pm check-in, and they were with another group close by, did not want to use their booked site few sites down, and wanted us to switch with them (was a smaller site, not the site we booked, etc). Surprised that the KOA staff does not run site checks before daily check-ins to confirm site was clear and cleaned.

The campground is set up very nice. I was disappointed with my grill at site number eight. I even went up to the office and informed them that the gas rail was broken. The heat dis spacer was rusted in half. Nobody seemed concerned about it at all. That part was very disappointing because, we pay for the upgraded lots to have those conveniences. While the facilities are clean and the campground has good communication with campers, the sheer number of golf carts racing up and down the streets was horrid. The campsites are too close together. Some campers are really loud with their music - even during quiet hours.

I already wrote but We watched in timed the kids cleaning the bathrooms. They were there all of one minute. I think they put a paper towel roll in when it ran out, and that was it. They were disgusting bees, swarming, the front of doors of cabins and the restrooms, the cooking ethnic food that never left. The pavilion left many of us uncomfortable. Really enjoyed our stay. The campground is the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the sulpher smell in the water. Sites are generous. Very enjoyable stay. The gate cards are a little awkward at times and it takes a few times before gate opens. Great campground. Will be coming back for sure. Patricia Clark

Nice activities, lots of small things preventing complete enjoyment. At the cabin, a hallway light was not working, clock not working, TV cable was unplugged, many large black ants in bedroom. Sofa bed was also old and uncomfortable for both sitting and sleeping on. Staff was friendly.

Loved our patio spot! Level concrete spot, large treed one with some privacy. Nice dining set and the large gas grill was very clean! It’s a very large campground with lots of amenities, so these could be crowded on the weekends and during summer season. We were lucky - camp ground was not busy during our stay!

Well run KOA. Great communication with storms and hours of operations, very clean and well operated. Full hook ups only available in the busiest area of the park. Very noisy around bike rentals and games. Highly suggest this KOA for family vacation, not longer term seniors traveling through.

The cabin was fairly clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were also well kept. The staff on the other hand was very poorly trained. They knew nothing about the campground and were not friendly. They couldn’t be bothered to find out answers or complete tasks that were supposed to be done. Multiple issues with the staff and there was no mangers or supervisors to assist with situations.

Nice clean fun campground! Lots to do with food on site as well as fast food and restaurants within a mile. Love the camping kitchens and the discount prices for the park next door.

Loved our patio lot! Large treed level concrete spot with some privacy. Nice dining set and the large gas grill was very clean! It's a very large campground with lots of amenities, so these could be crowded on the weekends and during summer season. We were lucky - camp ground was not busy during our stay
