We always enjoy our stay here at Pigeon Forge KOA. One thing that needs a little improvement is the grass cutting. It’s not being done often enough.

Awesome clean RV park, right on the backside of the old mill, trolley depot, the main strip, within a 1/4 mile of Dollywood! A whole bunch of activities going on!! Best stay ever!!

Very nice campground, great access to all of the attractions in the area. The staff was very nice and helpful upon our arrival. There was also a lot of area to walk including river access with a nice concrete path to explore the river. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed 4 nights, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The campground was very clean and well maintained. Would not hesitate to stay there again!!

Cabin was smaller than pictured. Was not told that there was multiple layouts. The WiFi did not work at cabin 306. Also should probably tell people about the walk you have to make with luggage to get to some of these cabins. Maybe if we had kids we would come back but I don’t see us staying there in the future

We enjoyed our stay in a 1 bedroom cabin. It was clean, comfortable and had a nice setting on the backside of the campground. There are lots of activities for the kids, and we are looking forward to returning with our grandchildren. The only negative was the crowded hot tub in the evening due to several very young children & a baby (with the parent} in the hot tub.

Maggots crawling all over lamp post. Grass high on my space. Office not at all friendly like they used to be. We are handicap couple and can not walk. Office said they could not bring our Walmart bags to our fire because she has no one to bring them. I’m very disappointed in this KOA snd this used to be my all time favorite KOA. My kids got a room at Hampton cuz don’t want s’mores by live ma

I stayed in 313 cabin. The half bath toilet was not working. The window over the main door was cracked. Even though problems existed. I will continue to stay with this KOA. It’s a perfect location and the people who manage it are great. Thank you

This is the nicest KOA we’ve ever stayed at! Location is perfect and staff is friendly. We took advantage of the trolleys for getting around the area. We can highly recommend this campground!

Staff was very friendly. Tent campsites are too close together. Could hear my neighbors' conversation at night and they weren't talking loud.

For one you advertise internet and when I did get one I would get kicked off, that’s not internet, even went to the office and they couldn’t figure it out either, the grounds needed to be mowed desperately, had to walk my dogs to the patriot park to do their business, our deck had all kinds of big limbs etc. had to sweep out deck off before using it

We had such a blast at the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA. There was so much for our grandkids to do including the playground and pool with "lazy river". The campsite was beautiful, well designed and maintained with very clean bathhouses/bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everyone was so friendly and we had a pet emergency come up where we needed to stay an extra day. The ladies in the office were so nice and allowed us to stay another night. Will definitely be back!

This was our second time there. We will be back this fall. They get it right here. From the Staff to nice lots and a wonderful pool. Everything is perfect! We just love it here. Located in a great spot also. Must say one more time the Staff is friendly and very helpful. See you again soon.

Easy check in. Very clean campgrounds and restrooms. Right next to Patriot Park we're uou can visit the shops and restaurants in the Old Mill area or catch the trolley to Gatlinburg and around Pigeon Forge!!

Everything is always wonderful! Great staff. The only thing was the taller grass. A recent mow would have been good but I know with all the bad weather things may be running behind. Thank you!

The cabin was dusty and smelled pretty bad if they clean them they need to do a better job! Underneath the beds were filthy. We had a dead cockroach on the bed thankfully I brought Lysol and wipes and wiped the beds down. The extra amenities were nice to have for my kids.

The only problem I had was the power pedestal and water spigot were sitting in a hole that filled with water when it rained. The spigot was not a major issue but I had to tie my surge protector up over the pedestal to avoid it being submerged.

Location was good. Campsite areas were well kept. Our site was a bit small and awkward though... having to position the trailer so that the slide out would fit between a tree and the power box. Shower was filthy and poorly lit.

very friendly staff. quiet campground. easy access to the Pigeon Forge trolly which connects to the Gatlinburg trolly, avoided parking and driving hassles.

Location, location, location! It's close to EVERYTHING! Clean bathhouses, great campsites, best staff EVER! I've been coming to this KOA since I was 7 and I'm now 53. It's added on a LOT & the landscaping, improvements & courteous staff are still the same great KOA I remember. I refuse to camp anywhere else in Pigeon Forge!

Discovered this place 2 years ago. Nice cabins, clean, staff very nice and helpful. They are making cosmetic improvements outside that look really nice.
