It was a great weekend however the pool is dangerous. I sliced my foot pretty bad on the rough bottom Of the pool. I haven’t been able to work or walk since.

Had a great stay and really enjoyed our time. It would be really great to see a toddler play structure. There was nothing suitable or safe for my 1 and 3 year to play on at the park. That was a big disappointment.

Facilities and activities are great, but fire out rule not equally enforced for all sites. Some were allowed to keep fires burning much later than midnight.

For the most part, the campgrounds is nice. There is clearly an issue with carpenter ants in the cottages tho and some of my food was ruined by large ants all over the counters. I think KOA Niagara Falls should deal with this issue (putting small ant traps on the floors do not kill carpenter ants). So this was disappointing.

Stay was good, grass wasn't cut till the day after we arrived. Would of been nice for it to have been cut prior to arriving. Dogs were leashed, however, some continuously barked, smaller yippy ones. Would of been nice for some garbage cans around the park so when your walking you can dispose of garbage if you have any instead of having to take back to your site.

Always have a good experience. This last trip I was unable to get my unit. Typically once it’s ready I was able to get it, but this time although it was ready I had to wait until 4pm. Even when I was told to go back at 2pm. That was frustrating and does not make sense if the unit is ready. And I got attitude from the desk person. Not happy about this experience at all. Very disappointed.

Lots to do for the kids but a few issues. The men’s washroom closest to us was out of order for quite some time. Their were issues with the pool and we had no idea we had to have our fire out by midnight and guests had to be gone by 10 pm.

We stayed in pet friendly cabin k11 and had mouse poop all over the bed every time we came back to the cabin to sleep. Not impressed. Very disgusting

We enjoyed our stay, kids enjoyed the new play ground! We usually stay at the port Huron KOA but my daughter wanted to try this KOA. The port Huron has the yellow banana bikes which we missed riding. But our stay was still pleasant. Other than our daughter staying in cabin 11, every night when they went to go in their bed it was full of mouse crap �, rather disgusting

The amenities and recreation are good and what we have come to expect. The sites for the tent village need some tlc and grass fixed where the dirt/mud is taking over. This made set up a bit more difficult with lots of muddy spots that were quite slick.

Good. Cabin, K8. Ants inside in the day coming through the caulking near back wall at bunk beds. Since it was cool at night they went into hiding. It did not bother me as they did not go onto the bed so I just slept with my head near the ladder. Small wasp nest forming under cabin roof entry way. Mentioned on departure. I love this campground regardless of the above.

loved the play area up dates.,there is so much to do to keep children busy. The cabins need to be calked because there were so many bees in the cabin when we arrived i had to put tape around the window to keep them out there were also openings under the table and behind the bed in the corner,all in all we had a great time and we will be back THANKS.

The bathrooms are great, lots of sinks, stalls and adequate amount of showers where there wasn't ever a wait. The option to have firewood delivered is awesome. No more hurting yourself to hoist bags into the trunk of the car and no more having wood shavings in the car. Also, having garbage pickup is such a great addition as well. It makes things extra easy.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, and campgrounds and washroom facilities are kept very clean, we also appreciated the constant garbage pick up at your trailer site.

It would be nice if you think to have a place for the overnight travellers who don’t need all the services. No electric no water and did not use the facilities. I paid 80$ + taxes which is way too much for what I need. Arrival at 8pm and leave at 9am. I travel in Sprinter van full equipped and just need a safe place to sleep.

This was the second time we had stayed at the KOA Niagara Falls and we will definitely return! The campground is clean, well maintained and the staff is welcoming and friendly. They have upgraded the Play area for the kids and the new play structure makes me want to be a kid again so that I too could climb, slide and play on it. Well stocked camp store!Keep up the great work KOA Niagara Falls !!!

This is BY FAR the best equipped campground we’ve ever been to! The grounds are maintained SO well and the facilities are super-clean. The location of this park is also perfect to hop onto the WeGo bus into the Falls area to enjoy the attractions without having to worry about where to park. We had a BRILLIANT stay at the Niagara KOA! Thank you!!!!!!

Lots are too close to each other. When you sit outside, you need to adjust your chair around your neighbours septic hose. The worst location for a campfire. Someone has to sit in the road. Pool hours were random. Told the hot tub was closed by 6pm. Not very user friendly when you spent the day touring the falls, only hoping for a spa when you get home. Convenient location with city bus.

Well maintained campground. Have stayed here many times, would recommend to anyone wanting to explore Niagara Falls. WEGO bus stops right in front of the resort and is the best way to get around. Washroom are very clean.

We've been all over North America, stayed in many KOAs. This one is in the top 5. Excellent customer service, excellent facilities, excellently maintained. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT,,,,STAY HERE!

Second time at a KOA (first was not great, they are no longer affiliated with KOA), blew us away by how clean and fresh everything way. Changed how we want to camp. So much to do for the kids, loved the indoor pool. Just wish the sites were wider
