We came memorial weekend. The pool was not open yet. One pool looked like a science project. Your website is advertising rock wall, bike rentals and pool. None of which were available. There used to be more activities. No dog park. Minigolf not up and running. And we still paid top dollar for weekend. Management should be more prepared for such a big weekend

This is the 3rd year staying over Memorial Day weekend. Every year on the Friday of the weekend the staff is frantically trying to get the pools ready and the decks cleaned up. It doesn’t happen overnight! The pools are dirty and freezing cold from filling them at the last minute. They charge premium rates for the weekend and every year they are not ready. There were clearly carpenter bees or ants infesting our cabin. We had sawdust on our bed every morning from something burrowing into the ceiling. There were also holes in the walls that were only fixed by shoving steel wool into them. Lastly, the screens on the windows were being held on with packing tape. For the amount of money we are charged, this is unacceptable.

Friendly staff, too many caterpilllars literally falling on us. Never seen that before in the 4 years we’ve been coming. Bathroom issues- men’s bathroom: one toilet kept breaking, one sink didn’t work and the floor was always wet and gross.

I had a wonder weekend at this koa. The staff were amazing. I needed them a few times and they came quickly to resolve my problem. The campground was very clean

The campground are great. The cabin we stayed in KL3, needs an update. The queen mattress is not good. The couch is original to the cabin. The tv's need to be replaced. Not many pots to cook with & there are not many cooking utensils.

Overall we had a good time. However, we were disappointed in the pool situation. One pool not open at all, and the other not open until Saturday. Too many people for both pools not being available.

Site 11 had their music blasting all day on Sunday. It was so loud that we couldn't even put our own music on our site. Friends actually left early because of it. Reported it to multiple staff but they continued to play that extremely loud music until 10pm.

To have 2-3 non working showers at all times during an expensive holiday weekend is unacceptable. I tried to take a shower at 1:45am one night and there was a line. The women's room had no soap from Sunday night til the time I left on Monday which was just after a cleaning. You keep raising prices but take away things like garbage bags and tablecloths. And now check in is one hour later.

Very nice KOA with lots of activities... extremely family friendly... spaces are mostly private due to lots of natural growth... with that growth comes lots of bugs around the campsite and saw quite a bit of poison ivy just off the main path so could use a little clean up of the growth to keep everyone safe. Staff was super nice and responsive.

Grounds were neat, lots of fun activities for the kids & families. Carol & all the staff was amazing! A few suggestions, the pools should of been opened a week ago so unforseen problems could of been resolved by memorial day weekend. The bathrooms were checked regularly & it's not your fault people are just gross throwing paper towels on the floor.

Stopped for one night. They had a very good band and lots of things for the guests to do. Looking forward to our return.

We had a great stay! So many fun things to do, and although the kids wouldn't go in the pool because the water was too cold, the adults were brave enough for a cooling dip. Turn the temp up juuuuust slightly... We spilt our large group between premium cabins and tent sites. The cabin sites were lovely, the tent sites were bare and noisy. 10pm quiet time not respected. Also not many trees on ours.

We were there over Memorial Day weekend. Place was packed! Many campsites had multiple tents. The place wasn’t rowdy, just loud as you’d expect overcrowded sites. With the overcrowding, the bathrooms did not stay clean. Given the number of campers they should have had staff on duty all day to clean frequently.

I appreciate the kind and polite staff. I feel the amenities however are just lacking. The bathrooms were very dirty all weekend. I was told two different check in times. I would assume there would be bike or cart rentals. One of my pool towels was used to clean up a kitchen sink leak during pancake breakfast. My daughter's bike was stolen immediately after we checked out. Went back to

I felt that the site I was put in should have been only used for tents because of th angle of the site to the road it was impossible when we left to go their one way road from the angle. Also the site across the road from our site was very rowdy up until midnight i dont know if security was even driving around because they sure didnt quiet down. Other than that it was a very nice camp ground.

I LOVE this campground. It's so clean and pretty and the staff are wonderful. The only thing that I would love for a better experience is that some campers were really rowdy till late, well past midnight (I was there 5/17-19 and this was both nights) and it would have been nice if the staff had said something. :-)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom and showers did not privide hot water. Several bathrooms and laundry facility we out of order. Enjoyed our stay but sadly campground does need some TLC.

Campground was easy to find, clean and level. Only problem that I had was the other campers across from me who brought two loud and aggressive dogs that jumped out at anything walking by. Those dogs also barked all the time at night. Lady would stick her head out of her tent and say STOP. Lasted about 15 min. Complained to the campground and nothing was done.

Great staff ~ fun activities. Stayed in a small cabin ~ I thought the showers could use a good updating. The bathrooms were cleaned regularly but some people are not the neatest (not staff ~ guests). Overall nice stay.
