It was ok, just gravel spots ,no shuttle to casino.. needs a facelift. It’s a convenient 1 night only. The woman at check in desk was extremely RUDE her name was Madeline she wanted to charge extra for putting us next to my sisters RV .. wasn’t told that when we reserved spots She did not give a welcoming vibe what so ever, handed me my paperwork n said “you know what to do”

Nice sites, great staff, cart rides to Sam's Town Casino are a nice option when it's too hot to walk.

Staff are super nice, excellent store items, roomy sites. I think they’re working on getting more trees. Some of them are in full sun. The pool, hot tub, restrooms, and showers are beautiful. The only downside is the gravel to park the camper in. I always wear flip-flops in Las Vegas so I ended up with gravel in my flip-flops. I would definitely stay again.

It was a very nice campground clean and quiet. I lived being able to swim in the lovely pool every day. I do think that there should be a shuttle to take people to Fremont and the Strip. We would have been happy to pay a few bucks for it, but we had to pay 50.00 each way for an Uber!

Clean,friendly staff, nice bathrooms and showers. The pool and spa are small for this size park and got quite crowded when we tried to go swimming.

Even though this is Vegas and Summer a bit more shaded areas would be nice to walk your dogs around the park more. The homeless population around the area was a bit shocking to me as well.

If you have to, it is ok but the staff is dreadful. When we checked in the woman was barely friendly treated us like we were a bother. Not your usual KOA spirit and welcoming of guests. We are very avid KOA customers all over the country. Then she assigned us a space that was smaller than what we paid for and our rig wouldn't fit. When I call into the office, she said just go to this one.

this site is great for a layover to do any RV repairs, laundry and restocking. Sites are narrow and no room to set up chairs or awnings with-out imposing on your neighbor. For us it worked out fine as we had major air conditioning problems and the repairs techs were close by and of great help and got everything fixed. We are not gamblers so would probably pass on this site in our next trip

Layout was unique. The sites were close but that is expected. Great place for walking the pups. The showers were quite clean. Thank you!

One of the best KOA. very nice Service, clean restrooms, clean sites and the Walmart is in short distance for everything what do you need.

Charging rent for a picnic table is not friendly. Dog areas were far from our site, and no other pet relief areas available.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

we have 2 off leash areas and several pet stations around the park, next time you visit ask to be near one of them. we are working on more tables, renting them is how we keep them from being drug around the park stopping guest from moving them from sites they are assigned to.

Wow. Viva Las Vegas! The best WiFi, the best cleanest restrooms. Staff is the best. Easy in and easy out for pulling a travel trailer. We will call your KOA our home in the future. Robert and Kathi with our dog TACO

It was a nice 2 night stay. The location was convenient to a variety of stores & restaurants as well as to many attractions...Hoover Dam, the Vegas strip etc...

We really loved staying at your RV Park. Your staff is very friendly. The showers and restrooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed a morning at Sam‘s Casino which is right next door. We have already booked another KOA campground tonight because of our great experiences with KOA. This will be our third location.

Whenever we come they Vegas this is where we stay. Campground is always clean, spaces are nice size, staff is friendly, helpful and flexible if special requests are needed. Convenient to all Vegas has to offer and price is not out of line.

The site we were on was great. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint was we were there for 6 nights n had 4 different neighbors even though the park had alot of empty spaces. This blocked our view. And 2 of those neighbors had noisy, barking dogs. Could not even enjoy TV with their excessive barking..and no people there..just dogs. I would have complained but it was after office closed.
