It was as always very nice, I just think the cabins should be be cleaned alittle better, behind the bed is dirty and needs mopping and the cobwebs are on the inside and outside which we swept. I would have never know about the dirt behind the bed unless I had dropped something and had to look for it with a flash light..

The bathroom is dated and kind of falling apart but it was clean. I’m not sure what is done about mosquito abatement but we all got pretty well bit up even though we used bug spray. Nick in the office was always friendly and helpful. We loved the grounds and landscaping. Too much chlorine in the hot tub, very unpleasant.Overall a nice stay. Wish the pee wee golf was renovated. Nice pool. Cloverdale is a nice small town with good shops and restaurants. Koa is old, poorly maintained, and unwelcoming. The bridge that they mention on the reservation has been gone for at least a year. Never answer phone or return messages. Instructions on reservation are wrong. A nice stranger helped us.

Well on the website it says Wi-Fi available and when we get there I am told that the Wi-Fi works spartanly and only in some areas. It would be best for me to use my hotspot on my phone if I have service. I needed to do work so I trusted the website that it said there was Wi-Fi available. At 10:30 the whole camp ground was still noisy and lots of people drinking. Will not stay there again.

to far off the highway.(10 minutes) many places with low branches along the road to the camp that scrape your rig. Prices not posted i was not happy with a $95 price for a dirt site

It wasn't too bad until we got neighbors that had there music blaring all night and there language was very inappropriate. We were staying 2 nights but cut it short and stayed only 1 because of this issue. My kids bday Vaca, not so great!

I made the reservation that morning. We arrived around 7:30pm that evening, but there was no map/information left for our reservation or site number. The after hours phone number went straight to voicemail but that mailbox was full so I couldn’t contact anyone. I tried the 800# and left a voicemail. I also texted the after hours number. No one ever contacted us.

Location is great, our site (23, back inn) was not maintained well. Very dirty picnic table, some kind of machine on it, probably from a neighbor. Not really welcoming. Bad WiFi. We stayed only for one night that's why we did not complain, otherwise we would have asked to move to another site

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly, restrooms were clean, and the amenities were great. The tent sites were a little more densely populated than we expected but we had great neighbors so it ended up not being a concern.

We had reservations for a neighboring campsite on Friday night. When we arrived we realized we weren't interested in staying at their location. We came by this KOA Saturday morning. When we arrived we were greeted by a gentleman that quickly assured us there was room for us. We had the best spot just in front of the pond. The location and grounds are beautiful and employees are beyond welcoming!

My family had a great time during our stay, we went with friends and it was both of our fist time there. We lii oh bed the fishing and remoteness of the campground. We will definitely be back!

i hate to leave a bad review, but this was my first time to the Cloverdale KOA, and all my other KOA stays have been so great, my expectation was that this KOA would be on par with the others, but it really wasn't. it has amazing potential but much of it seems neglected. the mini golf is just rotting away. seems like no one cares about this place, needs improvement.

We went with a large group and the staff did a great job trying to keep our group close together. The views were amazing from everywhere. My kids really enjoyed fishing at the pond, playing basketball and swimming in the pool. The only cons we found was the walking trail was not maintained, the restroom was far from our cabin and the water pressure for the showers was low

It’s always a Pleasure staying at this CLOVERDALE/HEALDSBURG KOA. The Office Staff is Great, When I ask questions About what I need to know if something isn’t clear to Me. They are there with the right response! I also like that it’s kept very clean and inviting!! Thank you so much for making our stay at KOA A WONDERFUL STAY! Thank you Jennie Gutierrez and Tim!

Beautiful campground. Was good until the party with the speaker system. Completely ruined the ambiance. Also need to do something more than just post signs restricting hot tub to 18 and above. At one point I counted 15 very young kids.

KOA was very nice with varied places for your rv’s. Deer were wandering around the playground. I rated it a four because it was not designed for big rigs and we struggled with tree limbs. Nick made our stay by helping us leave without scratching the bus with trees. Thank you Nick.

Nice area campground is keep clean and presentable. There should be some warning about how tight some of the sites are and how challenging it can be for big rigs to navigate some of the turns and sites can be. It's an adventure to get there but well worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Plenty of activities for the kids and adults. The fishing pond was great. Kids loved the snow ones, movie night, playground and pool. The only downside is that the full hookups were on the wrong side of a back-in site, causing the sewer line to run THROUGH our site and we wish the pool was heated.

Customer service is horrible. They never answer their phones. We had a group of 5 trailers. We finally got a hold of someone (20times trying) they told us they would put our group all next to eachother. We showed up and they messed up all of our reaervations and only 2 of the 5 trailers were put together. It was a mess. They were unapologetic & made every excuse in the book. We won't return.

Absolutely wonderful location, staff and site. This is a camp ground for families with family activities to keep everyone active. A fishing lake for kids, camping for tents and trailers. Cabins for those who don't want to bother with either. It is NOT a resort! Kids are running and biking and being kids. There is a nice pool and hot tub and a nice rec room with video games. Among many of the wonderful features such the awesome views is that it's located a little over 3.5 miles from the noise of the highway and town. The road is a very easy meandering road that takes you along the grape farms and old oak trees. The is a slight incline to the top of the property that provides for awesome views of the Alexander Valley. One of the best KOAs I've been too. This is a camp.. leave you citytuide at home. Come here to chill, enjoy nature and the views. The town of cloverdale is a short drive away with lots of excellent brew pubs and specialty restaurants. Go enjoy it's a great location.

This campground was a great jumping off point for our visit to Sonoma Wine Country. It was far from full, as I guess our visit wasn't during the high season. The road to get there was a little sketchy and 15 minutes off the beaten path. Other than that and being a bit overgrown, the campground was nice and accommodating for our stay.
